About USENTA United States Equine National Treasure Association
Created July 4th 2004
Was formed to protect America's most important National Treasure THE HORSE!
How it works. All the answers to the slaughter issue and care of the horse is here!
It starts with responsibility within the horse industry and all owners of National Treasures and like
any thing else there has to be something in it for everyone.
Especially with the government, it's all about money and the tax dollars "worth and use" to the American people.
Every American...Owes the horse so very much.
“USENTA” will be here to protect the horse Nationwide in all areas of use!
USENTA will instill and protect the integrity of the National Treasure American Horse in history and its present time and areas of use Nationwide, as long as the red, white and blue dances in the wind for this country!
All preservation and well-being of the equine shall be over seen and governed by “USENTA” founded by Jennifer Hughes.
The horse will be supervised in all venues of its use from Coast to Coast, under the terms and body of laws created by it’s board of directors.
Board members are made up from individuals in every sector of the equine world and it's use here in America.
Clubs,businesses,organizations,associations,individuals,services or other.
The board of directors is shadowed by the "Historical" Jr. Board of directors that will grow up into their adult board seat.
Our children's board of directors grow in a seat with USENTA that will place them one day in the adult board seat of their mentor and as they take hold of their adult life, a USENTA scholarship will be there to give them a lift into their saddle.
All credible equine individuals, businesses, services, clubs, associations and organizations in the Equine industry including rescues, from Coast to Coast, will be members of “USENTA” upon their choice.
However, all Equine individuals and organizations and other, not belonging to “USENTA” , stand alone and shall be monitored to insure their works and any affiliations with the horse are fulfilling the standards structured for the protection and well being of the National Treasure listed as the horse!
This shall include any new breeds or areas of use pre-existing or yet to be designated and designed!
All legally established equine businesses, services, clubs, associations and individuals, members or otherwise, will be subjected to random yearly-unannounced visits to protect the interest of the horse classified as a National Treasure.
This will be done by local veterinarians, law enforcement agents including local animal control officers, town and county agents and USENTA private investigators.
This way any person, club, association, business, service, place or other, mistreating or breaking the laws protecting the National Treasure known as the horse will never know who or when someone will catch them in the act.
All regulation standards for the safety, well-being and humane treatment of the equine shall be at the sole discretion and design of “USENTA” and it is rules and laws created by its board of directors.
(Currently being structured and laid out before Congress, The White House and governing bodies of the law, “USENTA” will be granted full authority to exercise the law pertaining to the well being of the American horse and the laws created to protect them structured by “USENTA” as they deem necessary.)
The horse will be protected under National Treasure laws. Punishable by Federal law and all that applies related to harming or defacing an national treasure such as the eagle or any other National Treasure as the laws that protect our treasures today..
This will take effect and be implemented immediately upon the horses declaration by all local state, town and county offices and local "USENTA authorized member veterinarians" within 30 days of being officially notified by these offices without excuse.
Defiance and lack of compliance of this law in any form will be punishable by means of the laws that protect National Treasures and such persons will be charged accordingly in a Federal court of law.
Every horse in America will be registered by it's steward/owner in their local municipality like that of motor vehicles
registered at our department of motor vehicles across the country.
Under the same laws, penalties, structure and compliance that our governed by federal law pertaining to motor vehicles as our society knows it to be.
Upon notice of mandatory registration all horses must be visited by a local "USENTA authorized member veterinarian" who will issue a new coggins that serves the same reasons that apply to a coggins as all horse owners know it to be.
However these coggins will also serve as "Titles" for all the same tracking reasons that apply to why all operated motor vehicles have Vin numbers and titles.
Thus monitoring all sales, transfer of ownership,USE,transportation and medical services onto each National Treasure.
All horses/National Treasures leaving or moving from their registered state must have transport or relocation approval documentation release acquired by USENTA via a local "membership authorized veterinarian" prior to travel . Travel location OR relocation must be disclosed and with it's reason or means of business.
These "Vin numbers" and Titles will be assigned upon the vets visit and be in choice of the owner/steward
by way of a tattoo on horses lip or a implanted micro chip.
This process of registration provides all the answers pertaining to the slaughter issue and breeding practices and owner , industry, " RESPONSIBILITY",while making it attractive for every one including the government.
The Government gets to keep all the registration fees and the bulk of the administration end of execution is done by USENTA.
Once a year the Government gives back to the stewards of our National Treasures on behalf of all Americans,
a grant to USENTA which feeds this money back into the state registered "USENTA member not-for profit rescues and sanctuary retirement facilities."
The registration fees will be issued based and applied in structure like that of current motor vehicle classifications
and their fees. Use-age-value ect.
All USENTA members under any membership category will have a discounted rate of registration and vet services.
Any state registered USENTA member 501-c3 not for profit rescue or sanctuary retirement facility will have a discounted registration fee too and half off the coggins fee.
Any others not of membership with USENTA will pay full state registration fee determined by state.
USENTA will lend suggested registrations fees of consideration to state government but all states will set and be responsible of establishing their own National Treasure registration cost within a $20.00 deferential
in our suggested registration fee.
Thus, all this will facilitate the financial end of the current horse population and the ones that will fall into the care of pre-existing rescue, sanctuary retirement facilities and those yet to exist IN THE YEARS TO COME.
As the industry grows so do we.
Breeders.
It starts here.
Breeders. You will be legally responsible and held accountable for including into your breeding fees a retirement fee for each foal brought into the world and thus ensuring the care and provisions and financial responsibility that comes with caring for a National Treasure for the rest of it's life.
Your responsible for bringing life into the world by way of your services and business and your customer shares in that massive responsibility right along with you.
If Your customer is breeding a show horse or racer, chances are they will be done with that life within 3-10 years and thus leaving a 20 -30 year life span of care at a USENTA retirement facility .
These National Treasures must be provided for and it starts with the breeder and the buyer of the new life and baby.
If they can afford to breed a horse at any cost or range... then they can afford and most pay for it's time of disposal and use,if nothing less for it's services rendered for the years it gave to that owner/steward and the time, money, joy and success it brought into their life while they "USED" them.
This practical price table will be made available and designed "by breeders" and the USENTA board members.
