Letters The Voice of American ChildrenFrom: “USENTA” THE UNITED STATES EQUINE NATIONAL TREASURE ASSOCIATION & HARMONY CORRAL WE STAND TO PROTECT AMERICA’S PROUDEST TREASURE… FOR WITHOUT THE HORSE…THERE WOULD NOT BE MUCH TO BE PROUD OF! The Voice of American Children speaks out loud and clear historically for our heritage and our future! We are citizens of the United States, future taxpayers and voters. We say to the adults of America, Mr. Bush, The First Lady and Politicians serving our democracy… Read our lips… “NO MORE HORSE SLAUGHTER IN THE UNITED STATES!” If we are truly your best interest then we are here to challenge you and the 43rd President of the United States to listen to our voices and take action TODAY…in all that is Just and Moral in the best interest of the future of America and its next generation found in us kids!!! We hereby with an educated and profound stand…Demand the Declaration of the American horse as a National Treasure in its rightful place! Furthermore, to commensurate the proclamation with restitution to the horse, it shall be placed honorably as an equal to the eagle as a proud symbolic symbol of this country and a beacon of example from the children of the United States to the adults who have forgotten that the horse Built This Country! Our history books that your tax dollars print have taught us our heritage and on every page, the horse stands as a hallmark to our achievements! Ready to die, sharing sweat and blood, fighting our wars with honor as a solider… while men rode on their backs, plowing our fields to feed this country, moving our ancestors from the mountains to the prairies to settle and start our family trees, to delivering our mail in record time and making possible our post office of today. They carried the stones and logs that built our homes and don’t forget the White House. The horse pulled the materials to build our railroads for fast travel from coast to coast, they have served and protected our city streets and towns as police officers, they have carried the water that put out great fires where prized Land Marks thanks to them still stand today. The horse has entertained us and befriended us in all walks of life and use. They are a privilege in our everyday world! Put up on a meat hook and slaughtered ALIVE with arrogance and fun… is the noble horse that has carried the bodies of our forefathers to present time with the highest honor, dignity and grace! The loyal horse with its head held high, carries the boots before a Nation of a leader that died. With horse slaughter on American soil our countries colors not only fade …. It bleeds Old Glory and decays our future and pride! If you do not hear us now… the legacy that you destroy and leave behind is that of Red for the blood of our slain gift from another star, White for the surrender of caring about the things as adults and as the President you should care most about… and Blue for the tears in vain that we the American children shed in belief of you and the democracy of our country! Where is the integrity and the promise you speak of…Especially on this Election year?  We know right from wrong …. Mr. Bob Goodlatte of Virginia and the Department of Agriculture, your plan to put horse meat in American grocery stores in FIVE years will NOT BE TOLERATED! We, the American children, have spoken!
