Our Mission Hello Americans.
Welcome to USENTA.
United States Equine National Treasure Assoc.
I am Jennifer Hughes. President of the historical offices that will forevermore safeguard the National Treasure known as the horse!
USENTA…Unlike any other organization… Was created on July 4th 2004 on behalf of our Heritage, Preservation Of Our Future as a Nation and found in our children, and our gift from another star. THE HORSE!
USENTA stands for the integrity that gives our Nations flag its glory and it is my pledge to Allegiance that USENTA…
WILL STOP HORSE SLAUGHTER IN AMERICA AND ROBERT GOODLATTE/ PETERSON
AGENDA FOR AMERICANS TO CONSUME OUR PRIDE AND DECENCY!”
USENTA IS DECLARING THE HORSE A NATIONAL TREASURE
In its rightful place!
It is amongst one of the highest federal offense criminal prosecution crimes one can commit or intend to harm a National Treasure.
The answer to the end of horse slaughter is found within the declaration of the horse.
We as horse owners and Americans must be responsible stewards to this Nations ONLY living and breathing National Treasure.
Accountability in our actions to harm or deface this treasure will stop the slaughter and all
other areas of misuse and abuse that currently represent the reasons for slaughter.
Responsibility in privilaged ownership or association with the horse shall prevail
under the declaration of this treasure for it 's protection becomes a vigilant civil duty for us all.
USENTA is a grassroots organization that is built with the soil From true Americans like myself and horse owners and organizations that have the best interest of the horse and America in mind.
USENTA is a beacon for all others to join in true representation of their American spirit and patriotism.
USENTA IS A SYMBOL OF RESPECT!
USENTA is operated by Americans from around the country and has a shadowing historical “Junior Board of Directors” that is governed by children from across America.
USENTA board members are carefully selected with the given opportunity to all who desire to represent their place in the horse world as to insure bipartisanship in the best interest of each area in which the horse holds a place and thus creating an environment for all with merit and best intentions to be part of the stewardship of one of America's most important treasures to which all who stand under the protective wings of USENTA will be viewed with credibility and a person or place of integrity!
USENTA is run by representatives of horse councils, organizations, groups and established individuals, which are further complemented, by everyday backyard horse owners and individuals.
USENTA’s mission is to protect our heritage and our future….
This is found in the moral decency and integrity of our children!
USENTA is the white horse that is America’s saving grace and the hero to our children to which all members can hold the reigns of their future.
USENTA will oversee all aspects of the horse in all areas of its use, insuring the well-being and respect on the flesh and spirit of the horse!
USENTA is being designed to address all venues that represent the horse currently and the creation of any venues yet to come that will use the horse in any service of design.
The many individual offices at USENTA will regulate and exclusively be designated to represent the individual areas of the horse such as:
Racing, Veterinary Care, Shoeing, Products, Law Enforcement, Breeding, Rescues, Showing, Driving, Training, Pleasure, Farming, Councils, Organizations, Entertainment, etc.
Each USENTA department will be responsible for the incorporation of any needed change in the area of use in which they protect the horse in that field or category and the watchful eye that will regulate the well-being of the horse in that department of use!
Both USENTA boards will be host to all departments broken up by area of interest and expertise by board members.
Practing veterinarians on the board will govern and oversee all areas of relations and will be shadowed by Junior Board Members that hold that shared position and title of interest. Thus giving a mentoring internship of education and responsibility to secure their place in the adult world and their chair on the adult USENTA board for their future!
All other USENTA departments are run and operated in the same “GROWING” manner and every aspect of protecting the NATIONAL TREASURE known as the horse will be the duty and responsibility of every person and department for every horse in America.!
Upon the declaration of the Horse as a National Treasure, USENTA representatives and teamed organizations from across America will start visiting and evaluating all areas and all venues to which the horse (NATIONAL TREASURE) is used.
National Equine veterinary records will be collected and put on file at USENTA and will be compiled into a visiting data base by current veterinarian practitioners to inform and update all horse owners and organizations on the new guidelines and laws of owning a National Treasure.
Things in the horse world will remain the same once the horse is Declared a National Treasure with the exception of areas where the horse is misused, mistreated, neglected or otherwise, such as chains, razor blades and pepper used in the TWHA.
USENTA will be a larger, stronger, respected, compassionate and more attentive leader for the horse unlike the 1970 attempt of protection for the horse found in public law 91-540 titled the Horse Protection Act.
New laws and regulations will apply to protect the horse and end such barbaric practices.
Such changes will be guided by the helpful hand of USENTA representatives each of whom will be a certified person and youth in training apprentice that will best walk such organization, group or individual through the transformation of such directed change.
Such changes brought forth from USENTA will not alter the area of use, which may be in question, however; the change will strengthen the area of use without unnecessary evils or practices that were used prior to the Declaration of the horse and the protection provided by USENTA.
If one could make life less harmful then there is no reason to not make that change and that is what USENTA is here to do.
USENTA will be bringing forth changes in the breeding, selling and discarded ownership practices of the equine world thus pre-planning a respectful retirement or end of life solution to the largest concerns surrounding the equine industry and insuring the solutions with simplicity of accountability and responsibility of ownership from these changes!
USENTA is currently designing the plans for three EQUINE NATIONAL TREASURE CEMETERIES ACROSS THE UNITED STATES for any beloved equine.
USENTA will also be home to the FIRST EQUINE NATIONAL TREASURE MUSEUM that will house “FURY” the Horse Trailer When the DECLARATION OF THE HORSE AND THE LORD'S WORK IS DONE!
USENTA belongs to the minds and hearts of America!
The horse is YOUR NATIONAL TREASURE and without the horse… Life as we know it would not be!
Please join us in DECLARING THE HORSE A NATIONAL TREASURE!
