Saturday September 28, 2008Washington, DC Ride again with Coby the PONY EXPRESS Stop horse slaughter. Declare the Horse a National Treasure. NOTES: We request that ALL individual persons of all ages, ALL families and ALL groups of any kind that will be in the ride please be sure to EACH fill out and submit this form. This will help us to ensure a more productive attendance roster for registration, brigade line up and all other production needs. If for some unforeseen reason I/we cannot make the ride date, I/we will lend the courtesy of a 48 HOUR CANCELLATION CALL to USENTA and ride representatives. 1-615-395-8014 (New York) – 1-520-455-5164 (Arizona). To volunteer on ride weekend you must be at least 18 years of age with valid ID or accompanied by a parent if you are under 18. If you prefer, you may fill out the PDF form and mail it to: USENTA, P.O. BOX 32, ANCRAM, NY 12502. Do NOT waste time. Please send in your registration or pledge now! |
